- Serving as the interim budget manager for Nassau County, Florida. Local Government Solutions helped to fill the gap in this office, made sure processes kept moving, and created the budget calendar to ensure the county met its statutory obligations during the budget year.
- Local Government Solutions created a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) template for the City of Mexico Beach, Florida. This template was able to gather all capital needs together and automatically summarize financial and programmatic information that the city could use to create their CIP. The city will also be able to use this same document in future years by adding information to the pre-formatted design.
