Micah Maxwell, MPA
Senior Manager

Micah Maxwell has worked in local government for 20 years, most recently serving at the City of Clearwater, where he spent six years serving in the roles of Chief Innovation Officer, Assistant City Manager, and a four-month stint as Interim City Manager.  Prior to Clearwater, he worked for the Town of Belleair, FL where he served for thirteen years – eleven as Town Manager.

Micah earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida followed by his Masters in Public Administration from the University of South Florida. 

Mr. Maxwell’s professional leadership roles also include eight years of service on the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA) Board of Directors. In 2020-2021 Micah served as President of the association.

Micah lives in Saint Petersburg, FL with his wife, Alex, and their two dogs, Mr. Peanut and Chug.  In his free time he enjoys wowing his family and friends with culinary innovations.
