Ms. Evans is a dynamic and accomplished city administrator with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and improving municipal operations. Skilled in budgeting, strategic planning, and team leadership, Kohn is committed to fostering collaboration and driving organizational excellence to meet community needs.
During her tenure at the City of Oak Hill, Ms. Evans gained significant experience directly managing public works and parks and recreation operations and related capital projects. She was the first City Administrator in the city’s history and worked to professionalize the organization and its operations. She was integral in obtaining state funding for needed infrastructure and pointing the organization to the future. The city has seen significant growth and will continue to increase its population in the near future. With great foresight, Ms. Evans oversaw the city’s effort to determine future needs and start building public works and parks and recreation capacity to meet future demand.
Kohn has a Bachelor of Finance from Daytona State College and is a Certified Municipal Clerk.
